My role extends far beyond design, as I've crafted an interactive catalog, shaped website UI/UX, and seamlessly integrated illustrative elements into our brand identity. This holistic approach ensures user-friendly navigation, content accessibility, and a cohesive brand presence throughout our diverse assets.

Technology Quotient
2022 - 2023
As the Learning Media Lead for Accenture's expansive Technology Quotient (TQ) training program, tailored for 700k employees, I've played a pivotal role in shaping a durable learning experience. I've meticulously designed and published interactive digital study guides for all 12 TQ training topics, curating hero imagery that seamlessly integrates with the program's overall branding and website.
Additionally, I've enriched the program with a diverse array of supplemental materials, including editorial design, infographics, data visualizations, and animated gifs. I pioneered Generative Art within Accenture, gaining early access for both R&D and early adoption of implementation with the use of Generative Art within the Gen AI training. This innovative approach has not only elevated the training program but also positioned Accenture as a leader in embracing cutting-edge learning methodologies.

As the Media Lead on retainer for the School of Strategy and Consulting, I've been at the helm of a transformative project. I established a cohesive cross-brand identity for Strategy College, Consulting Intensive, and Core Skills, extending this visual unity across diverse materials, from course content to marketing materials and everything in between. I also assumed the position of project manager, creating and managing a streamlined media request system and centralized information hub for my team of artists. This comprehensive approach has consistently delivered high-quality educational materials to one of Accenture's largest training programs while managing extensive cross-collaboration between the international media and project teams.
